If you’re using kaggle kernels then the only option left for now is to clone the keras-preprocessing library from GitHub and import from it directly,before that you might want to uninstall the keras-preprocessing that is pre-installed by kaggle. And use directory=None with absolute paths it should work. If you want to try you could use google colab, which has much less restrictions than kaggle kernels.
