The batch size doesn’t change anything, if the batch size is 1 you can be sure that if you have 123 items you will have 123 predictions, but if your batch size is 10, the you will have 130 predictions,the last 7 are the same prediction as the first 7 which are resampled to meet batchsize criteria. Higher batchsize allows you do prediction faster though, Nothing is different other than that.
